How it works

Four steps. No spreadsheets. No shaming.

1

Tell us what you ate

"2 roti dal chawal" works. So does "had a heavy biryani lunch around 2pm." Type the way you actually talk.

2

We decode it honestly

Macros, nutrients and meal timing from a curated Indian-first catalog — katoris, cups and pieces included, with the regional names people actually use. Where a value is AI-estimated, we say so.

3

Say how you felt

Type it in the same sentence — "felt heavy after" — or tap it later. Two taps in the morning covers how you slept and how you woke.

4

See the connections

How your food lines up with your sleep, energy and symptoms — shown with the sample size behind each one.

Three tabs. That's the whole app.

No feed, no coach, no leaderboard.

Today

Your day, in the order it happened

Meals, water, the chai and the biscuit beside it, how the night landed and how the day went — one quiet timeline you can scroll back through.

Insights

The patterns hiding in your week

Plain words, drawn only from days you actually logged, and always shown with the counts behind them. Observations, never advice.

Body

Trends without targets

Weight, waist, BMI and waist ratios, sleep and steps over time. No goal lines. No red and green. Just the shape of the last few weeks.

Your watch already knows. Now it connects.

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and your sleep, steps, active energy and resting heart rate land beside what you ate — so a late dinner and a short night stop being two unrelated facts.

NibbleIQ only ever reads from them. It never writes anything back, and you can revoke access whenever you like without losing a single thing you logged.

A mirror, not a coach.

NibbleIQ does not tell you what to eat. It shows you what you logged and the connections that show up across it — food, sleep, activity, mood, and how your body felt — always with the numbers behind them.

The number it holds you against is your own: the average of the days you actually logged, not a goal somebody else set. Where a population figure appears it is labelled a reference, chosen for where you live and where your family is from — and the app says so in as many words: population reference intakes for a profile like yours, not a personal prescription.

Every pattern is stated as co-occurrence, never cause, and nothing is shown until there is enough of your own data to stand behind it. Reference figures come from published sources — ICMR-NIN, NHMRC, EFSA, NAM DRI, WHO and USDA FoodData Central — and where a value is AI-estimated we label it as such.

NibbleIQ is not a medical device and does not provide medical or nutritional advice.

Your data is yours.

Both of these live in the app, under Profile. Neither one has to go through us.
